BostonHealthiest 12 day challenge.

Hello Friends!

If you are constantly feeling tired, stressed, anxious, unmotivated, heavy, slow, depressed or out of energy, this 12 day challenge is for you!

MG West and BostonHealthiest are encouraging you all to participate in our “GET HEALTHIER CHALLENGE”.  It would make you feel fantastic!

The challenge is so simple that I will be doing it with you!

For a full 12 days we will EXCLUDE:

. ALL FRIED FOOD

. ALL PACKAGED FOOD

. ALL DINING OUT

. ALL TAKE-OUT OR DELIVERY FOOD

For 12 days we will INCLUDE:

DAILY WALKING

BOX BREATHING TECHNIQUES

FOOD PREPARED AT HOME / MEALS THAT HEAL

Nurturing our bodies for 12 days will drastically improve our health span.

What can we anticipate?

More energy

Weight reduction                  (mostly visceral fat which is the inflammatory fat)

Lower blood pressure          (lowering blood pressure is key to prevent most chronic conditions)

Lower glucose levels.           (even slightly elevated blood glucose levels is linked to neurodegenerative diseases)

Lower “bad cholesterol”       (oxidized LDL leads to blood clots, heart attack and stroke)

Lower triglycerides               (lower triglycerides levels are linked to all major health benefits)

Lower CRP                          (high CRP levels means systemic inflammation)

Better focus

Happier mood

Mental clarity

The basics of the challenge:

The foods WILL be composed of mostly fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices.

Animal proteins:  yogurt, eggs and fish.  (yogurt is optional)

Physical activity:

Daily Walking and box breathing exercises.  (Box breathing is a breathing technique that has a strong healthy impact because it enhances the re-uptake of oxygen into the cells inside our cardiovascular, digestive, immune, nervous and lymphatic systems).

You can still keep doing any exercise that you are currently doing.

HOME COOKING

For the full 12 days, every day from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM Humberto Moncayo from BostonHealthiest will be HOLDING A DROP IN ZOOM SESSION guiding you and making sure you get the most healthy benefits during the 12 day challenge.

Education is a vital component of sustained healthy success.  In addition and during the 12 days challenge, we will be hosting educational webinars on ZOOM from 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday for the participants only.

Throughout the challenge you will learn how to prepare healthy, simple and delicious meals that heal, all from the comfort of your HOME.

We will dive deep into the molecular mechanisms that cause diseases to better understand how to prevent, treat and in many cases reverse chronic conditions.

Remember, nutritional knowledge is power.

With the right knowledge, you could become the master of your own health. I already am!

HEADS UP!  THERE IS ONLY ONE PRE - REQUISITE TO ENTER THE CHALLENGE.

In order to participate YOU MUST get the approval from your doctor. (No exceptions)

Show him or her the challenge and I will be happy to address any concerns they may have about it.

You may freely extend this information to friends and family.  Everyone can benefit!
