About the Event
Life is best when we feel most healthy.
BostonHealthiest continues to encourage us all to get healthier!! We want to let you know that on Tuesday, March 1st at 6 PM, BostonHealthiest will be hosting this year's 1st "12 days of pure wellness & recharge challenge". It was very popular and successful last year so it is being offered again but now it is better than ever with new anti-inflammatory recipes and new bio-hacks. Our 12 days of pure wellness & recharge challenge will reactivate your endogenous defense mechanisms which are responsible for restoring your health. Life is better when we sleep well, have energy, can focus, and have a stronger immune system.
We value education around nutrition and lifestyle. Don't miss out on a great and free way to recharge this winter so we can welcome a healthier Spring. Live well by nurturing your brain, body and spirit. If you are feeling chronically tired, stressed, sick, anxious, unmotivated, slow, heavy, depressed, out of touch, or simply disconnected, this upcoming 12-day recharge challenge is for you. Even if you consider yourself to be a healthy person, our new 12-day recharge challenge will put that feeling to the ultimate test.
What can we anticipate after 12 short days?
· More energy.
· A good weight reduction - mostly abdominal fat which is the inflammatory fat: the fat that causes metabolic syndrome, chronic hyperglycemia, hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, diabetes and more.
· Lower blood pressure - lower blood pressure is key to prevent chronic conditions, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative conditions.
· Lower glucose levels - elevated blood glucose causes endothelial damage, cardiovascular and neurodegenerative conditions.
· Lower oxidized cholesterol - oxidized LDL, the one that leads to heart attacks, Alzheimer’s and stroke.
· Lower triglycerides
· Lower A1c level
· Lower inflammation markers
· Improved sleep
· Improved focus
· Improved mood and mental clarity
· Improved oxygen uptake
· improved digestion
· improved stamina
One of the keys to the success of our programs is our unique anti-inflammatory recipes. Our anti-inflammation recipes are made with a carefully balanced combination of the 40 essential micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, omegas 3 and 6) working in synchrony with the 3 essential substrates for energy production (carbs, fats and proteins) delivered in a lifestyle environment rich in movement, hydration and oxygenation techniques, that are unique to our programs.
No man is a an island. Team support is key to our success. During the 12-day recharge challenge you will enjoy the support of our newly formed BostonHealthiest wellness support team. This is a group of folks that just like you, were once struggling to get on to a healthier path but now it has become their lifestyle journey. Having our group support on your side will enhance every aspect of your experience of self-improvement. The group provides collective knowledge, information, feedback, accountability, coping skills, experience in the context of informative and fun Zoom meetings. Our well balanced combo of lifestyle, nutrition and strong group support provides the perfect combination to restore your good health.
